Van de oorspronkelijke eerste editie van The Dynamics of Standing Still zijn nu nog maar acht exemplaren over + één unieke druk (vorige week waren dat er nog zestien). Ze zijn nu te koop om het 8ismeerdan1000-schrijfproject financieel te ondersteunen.

Ieder van de boeken is gesigneerd en genummerd. Op het schutblad en de vliegbladen is een selectie van nieuwe illustraties toegevoegd. Een collectors. item!

Je kunt een exemplaar kopen door €100 of meer over te maken. Je krijgt deze dan thuisgestuurd. Diegene die de hoogste overmaking heeft gedaan, ontvangt het unieke exemplaar.

Hieronder impressies van de boekpresentatie in de Westergasfabriek in februari 2010. Het boek heeft daarna de nodige deuren geopend. Van voorbereidende trainingen voor de Olympische Spelen in Londen voor een nationale sportploeg, uitnodigingen in meerdere conservatoria, tot chi kung-lessen in Vaasa in Finland, La Chaux-de-Fonds in de Zwitserse Jura en een hele serie Duitse steden.

There are now only eight copies left of the original first edition of The Dynamics of Standing Still + one unique print (last week there were still sixteen). They are now on sale to provide financial support for the 8ismeerdan1000 writing project.

Each book is signed and numbered. A selection of new illustrations has been added to the half-title page and the endpapers. A fine collector’s item.

You can purchase a copy by transferring €100 or more. It will then be sent to your home. The person who has made the largest transfer will receive this unique copy.

Above are some impressions from the book launch at the Westergasfabriek in February 2010. The book subsequently opened up a number of opportunities. These ranged from preparatory training sessions for the London Olympics for a national sports team to qigong classes in Vaasa in Finland, La Chaux-de-Fonds in the Swiss Jura, and in a whole host of German cities.
